When it all started

Friends of Remich Park (FoRP) was first established in the 1980s during the planning and development of the original Remich Park Playground.

Driven by a dedicated group of volunteers, the project was made possible through generous donations from local service clubs and a loan from the town—one that was fully repaid by the group.

In 2020, FoRP was revitalized for a new playground build. While new faces led the charge, the effort was proudly supported by some of the original members who helped bring the first vision to life.
